I wouldn’t be the first person to say that I’m excited to start dressing for warmer weather. However, the reality of Spring in the Midwest is that it has been both cold enough for a heavy coat and warm enough for a swimsuit this month! Also, this time of year it’s common to have warm days with cool evenings, so adding a light jacket to any outfit is the perfect way to deal with unpredictable temperatures. I love this lightweight trench by Cupcakes and Cashmere! It’s made of a really soft twill fabric, and it comes in blush and beige. I linked both colors below 😉 Adding a trench can also make a simple outfit more interesting. It’s definitely one of those wardrobe staples that you will use for years to come.
